Christmas Crafting

Well I have been very busy at Kelly's Enchanted Castle HQ getting ready for my upcoming Christmas events.

I have been busy working on a number of new products from cards to decorations and more, so I thought I would share with you all what I have been busy doing over the past few days and weeks, and with another crafty session planned with my close friend and fellow small business owner, so it is all go go go at the minute.

Firstly I have some lovely stocking fillers for the kiddies and adults too
here we have some
Reindeer Noses

Santa Kisses

Elf Kisses

Another of my new products for this year is
Magic Santa Keys

I also thought of doing some Handmade Christmas Decorations again as they were popular last year but wanted something different so here they are, I have done 4 different ones so far with more to do

I have personalised Santa letters also available on my Facebook page these were very popular last year as well so I have done them again this year but with new designs, not only have I done the letters but also done good boy and girl certificates, agreement with Santa and even Nice List certificates.

I wanted to do something special for all the angel mummies and daddies too and I am donating £1 from each sale of these to Staffordshire Sands

In Memory Of Your Baby

These all consist of a poem, a feather either in pink, blue or white and a snowflake decoration in pink, blue and silver, these will make lovely little keepsakes.

So there you have it, and I'm still not close to being done as I still have some more cards, decorations,Santa keys, stocking fillers, hair accessories to do and I will post these up once they are complete

All of the above can be purchased through my Facebook page

Very Special Baby Loss Keepsake

Hello all me again :)

Well I wanted to share with you all my latest make, which is one of many to come for this range of keepsakes. It is a Baby Loss memorial Bookatrix Keepsake for a little girl.

I am also donating 50% of sales from each sale made of these direct to Staffordshire Sands which is a Neonatal and Death Charity which supports parents and families who have been through such a sad time of loosing a child either through born sleeping, miscarriage or neonatal. I am also a fundraiser for the charity and very proud to be apart of such a excellent charity. This charity is also very close to my heart and I will do what ever I can to help to raise much needed awareness and funds for this cause, so many parents go through the loss of a child and don't know about Staffordshire Sands until they are told by somebody else, so myself and the committee members want to get the word out as much as possible. Staffordshire Sands is apart of UK-Sands, to know more you can check out the websites which are:

Loosing a child can be very devastating not just for the parents but also for other family members, hence why I have done this new range so that parents etc can remember there Angel Babies in a special way with a unique and one of a kind keepsake.

An Angel Opened The Book Of Life
To Record A Baby’s Birth
And Whispered As She Closed The Book,
Too Beautiful For Earth’
Every part of these unique keepsakes are handmade with love and care the image on this one has been hand coloured using Promarkers

These can be made to suit your requirements for both boy and girl or in neutral colours to remember your Angel in anyway you would like, You can even have a picture of your Angel added to the keepsake and have it personalised in anyway you would like.
To order just visit my facebook page
and message me through there with your requirements or you can email me at
kellysenchantedcastle@live.co.uk

I hope you like what I have done and help to spread the word of SANDS and what we do

Very Special Keepsake

Hello all, Well I have been busy with some new designs but today is a very special day even though very heartbreaking for two of my closest friends who are like family to me and my other half, 14 years ago today their son Jordan Alexander was born sleeping so today is his 14th Angelversary. I wanted to do something special for Laura and Gordon, so I made them a keepsake card in memory of Jordan along with a memorial plaque which Laura did ask me if I could do for her but I went a step further and framed it which I also decorated.

So here is the Keepsake memorial card for Jordan Alexander
Rest In Peace Baby Boy

As you can see I have used a Digi on the left side and coloured this in using my promarkers the digi is from Squiggle Fly and the poem was written by me :) - Here is a close up of the poem and image

Both Laura and Gordon were overwhelmed with this card which I knew would happen but it's something I wanted to do for the both of them and of cause for Jordan, They were not expecting this card at all only the memorial plaque and here is it

Laura told me what colours she would like and the text in which she wanted on the die cut that I have used so I took all this into consideration and this is the finished project, complete with a frame which has been decorated with some lovely baby ribbon.

So there we have it two very special keepsakes for a very special Angel Baby
God Bless Jordan xx

New Products

Hello all, well I have been recovering from the charity fun day I attended last weekend in aid of North Staffordshire Special Care Baby Unit, It was a fantastic day and we raised more than we expected, My hair accessories went down a storm. I also got to meet some great people, The total we are looking at that we raised is over £1,000 which is fandabbydoody.

Here is my stall at the event

While at the event I also showed my Support for Hugs For Noah, A wonderful little boy who was born with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus, doctors said he would be paralyzed from waist down, that if he didnt breath on his own when born they wouldn't resusitate and to top it off could not close the Spina Bifida up. Well let me tell you little Noah did breath on his own his Spina Bifida was closed up and more importantly he can move his legs YAY!!. He celebrated his first birthday in March and is coming on leaps and bounds and proving doctors etc wrong.

The other two charities I also support are, Gemma's Ray Of Hope to help raise awareness of SUDEP, and Staffordshire Sands who give support to parents who have been through the devastation of loosing a baby.

This now takes me onto my newest products, because I wanted to help out Staffordshire Sands in some way I have designed some Baby Loss poems, and from every sale of these I am donating £1 to Staffordshire Sands.
Here are the poems

Not only that but I have been working alongside Laura from Cards and Candles For All Occasions, on organising a Big charity event in aid of Sands, we are also doing a Face Your Fears challenge for Hugs For Noah, so yes I am going to face my fear of heights which means a Bungee Jump, which I hope to get lots of sponsors for, and hope a few more people with fears of creepy crawlies aswell as heights will join in on this to help raise even more, each participant will be sponsored for doing it. We are also going to be working together on a range of products for Sands.

This is what it's all about 2 local business' working together, but it is even better because my self and Laura are close friends who work brill together and we also have the same passion and beliefs even though we have our own health problems we will do all we can for Noah and Sands

So as you can see it's very busy here at Castle HQ but I would not change any of it for the world.

You can find out more about Hugs For Noah by visiting the website
